Our theme is the hiring process relating to the Michelin Star Guide, an institutional guide carrying out authoritative identification for canteens. Our website will provide correlation of the hiring process and the Michelin-starred restaurants. Starting with criterias for identifying Michelin star levels, then we will go on to explain how Michelin-starred restaurants recruit for different positions in the restaurant. Finally, we are going to address how the criteria vary with the ever-changing canteen conditions, and how some chefs keep them in good status while some may lose their stars. Related materials and information will be collected through network and interviews with professionals in the industry.
